Welcome to Centacare FNQ
For more than 45 years, we have supported people through every stage of life, responding to the changing needs of our communities with services that make a genuine difference. Our work is shaped by local knowledge, strong partnerships and a commitment to walking alongside people as they navigate challenges, build resilience and create brighter futures.
Today, Centacare FNQ delivers a broad range of services across mental health and wellbeing, community engagement and support, multicultural services, early learning and care, family support and community development. While our services are diverse, they are united by a shared purpose: strengthening individuals, families and communities across Far North Queensland.
We believe meaningful change begins by listening. By understanding the unique strengths, experiences and aspirations of the people we support, we can deliver services that are person-centred, community-driven and responsive to local needs. Every day, our team works alongside the community to create opportunities, build connections and support people to thrive.
